Finalizing Designs

We are excited to share that our project is moving full steam ahead! We have been working with talented architects, landscape designers, interior designers, and thermal spa specialists to build out our vision for a world-class nordic inspired bathhouse. In addition, we have been busy focusing on designing the bathhouse experience for our local community and the many out-of-towners that visit Burlington every year; we want it to look beautiful and, more importantly, nourish and inspire the mind, body, and spirit of our community. The facility will have multiple saunas, steam rooms, relaxation areas, hot pools, cold plunges, treatment rooms, and food and beverage offerings. We can't wait to reveal our final designs in the coming months. Thank you to those who have shared your thoughtful ideas, opinions, and enthusiasm. 

Soil testing and monitoring have wrapped up on the site for the season; we expect to receive a final report on the site remediation plan shortly. We are deeply grateful for the support of the city, state, and team of engineers who are making this project possible. 

We start our permitting process in early spring and are on track to break ground in fall 2023 with an opening date of spring 2025.
