Winter Update

The Silt team has been working hard to finalize our construction documents and prepare for groundbreaking in the spring. Sauna designs are being finalized, steam room tile selected, and native landscaping plans completed.

Site remediation and project construction will take 18 months to complete, putting us on track for a grand opening in early winter 2025. Once we break ground, we will make more regular updates to keep the neighborhood and community informed of our progress.

You may have noticed some activity on the site over the last few months. The engineering team has been digging test wells for our geothermal system, and the City of Burlington is also preparing to realign Howard Street and Maltex Drive adjacent to our site. With the South-End connector project underway, we have been excited to see the transformation of Pine Street into a more connected and pedestrian-friendly area.
